  I've been using this for a couple weeks now and I have to say it actually works. I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis and put this on my foot a couple times a day and it really helps with the inflammation. My wife also gets a lot of tension headaches and I put this on her shoulders and it relieved the tightness.

• How to Use
