We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and seals intact. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a return or refund.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: opened or used products, items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date, items not in their original packaging or condition, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if a prepaid return label is provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 3–5 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued purchases after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
