Suggested Use:

For optimum results, take consistently, daily, and preferably with a meal. Store in a cool, dry place (does not require refrigeration). 

We suggest starting with half (10mg) to full dropper (20mg) of hemp oil under the tongue twice daily.    Hold the hemp oil in your mouth for up to one minute and swallow with water if needed.  Monitor how you feel for two to three days at this dose.  If you feel you need more, you can increase (from 10 to 20) and/or repeat this process as needed for pain or anxiety. For example, you may find you need 10mg 3x's a day, or 20mg's 2x's a day.
